Make sure OneNote is configured for Dark Mode. While OneNote is in Dark Mode, you can choose to switch the background of the page canvas from dark to light at any time. With this setting active, OneNote will automatically switch between Light Mode and Dark Mode, depending on the time of day. In the System Preferences dialog box, click General > Appearance > Auto. They all come with the same templates so just pick based on your favorite design below.Note: If your Mac is running macOS Catalina (Version 10.15) or later, you can also configure your Mac to automatically use Light Mode during the day, and Dark Mode at night. We have a few different styles for our PDF digital planners. If you’re using a phone a portrait digital planner usually fits the screen best. You can choose between landscape and portrait planners, so think about which orientation you prefer when writing on your device.

Cross-platform: Most apps are not able to sync across different platforms but Microsoft OneNote is able to utilise OneDrive and sync very well across different devices. Windows users: There aren’t great PDF digital planning apps for Windows at this time so I recommend trying our OneNote digital planners that work for Microsoft OneNote. Android users: For an Android device, I suggest using a PDF digital planner in a digital planning app like Penly. Apple users: If you’re looking to use a digital planner just on your iPad and/or iPhone, I would recommend using a PDF digital planner in a digital planning app like GoodNotes or CollaNote. Here’s a brief guide on how to choose the right digital planner bundle for you. Have to buy an iPad/tablet and accessories if you don’t already own them. Some apps allow you to access your planner on multiple devices like on a phone. You can keep multiple planners on one device. Customize your planner with digital inserts and widgets. Duplicate any page as many times as you need. Digital stickers can be reused again and again. 
Easy to undo mistakes and move things around. 
Buying pen and other stationery supplies. Harder to navigate and find a particular page. It’s not easy to customize layouts if you want to use something different. Hard to undo mistakes or change what you’ve written. No need to buy a tablet and learn how to use an app. I have used both digital and paper planners and here’s how I see the pros and cons of each of them.
